This is a revolution. How tech, data and AI have the potential to disrupt the medical industrial complex, shift the balance of power to individuals and how employers may be able to play a critical role in the transformation of health care delivery and outcomes. Health care delivery is fragmented, if not broken. There is hope on the horizon for a “better way”, but existing systems and structures create significant resistance to change, making adoption and evolution of solutions glacial at best. Tech, Data and AI may change all of that, creating a revolution. Employers already play a key role in some of the data points along the way through employee benefits and wellness programs. It’s not a stretch to see employers as a natural facilitator and connector in this health care revolution. In this talk Chad will highlight what’s already happening and lay out the case for employers to expedite the process.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Business Acumen - Help HR Professionals better understand the underlying fundamentals of employee health and wellness, and by extension how those factors drive culture, recruitment and retention. After the presentation attendees will have an increased knowledge of how employee health and wellness can impact organizational goals.
  2. ritical Thinking and Analysis - Help HR Professionals understand the data and metrics available both currently, and in the future, related to employee health and wellness, where they can obtain that data from various sources and how they can cultivate/develop new more forward looking indicators. After the presentation attendees should have the skills and knowledge required to build strategic, innovative programs targeting employee health and wellness.
  3. Technological Savvy - Provide HR Professionals with an overview of the emerging technologies available in health and wellness, including Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Biometrics. After the presentation attendees will have the knowledge and understanding to implement these into their own organization as well as the ability to monitor and evaluate ongoing trends.
